Supertech BMW S14/S38 Inconel Exhaust Valve - Single

The Supertech BMEVI-1010 is an exhaust valve designed for high-performance motors. Made from one piece of forged stainless steel, these valves undergo a special heat treatment process to achieve optimal hardness for enhanced strength and durability. Supertech offers these valves with a hardened black nitrided finish, popular for European and Japanese engines.

The valves feature a microhardness higher than the base material, ensuring good ductility beneath the hard nitrided layer. The surface finish is smoother than chromed stems, resulting in less friction between the stem and guide. This construction also leads to a harder valve seat surface that lasts longer with various fuels and mixes, matching different types of seats.
