Description

Crafted from an advanced 4032 alloy with high silicone content, copper, nickel, and magnesium for durability and efficiency. Designed for high boost applications up to 42 psi, even with alcohol fuels. Features a two or three-step forging process for fine structural grain and multiple CNC machining operations for high tensile strength and uniform hardness. Includes contact reduction grooves, honed and reamed pin bores, and cold extruded chrome moly steel wrist pins secured with wire clip locks. A phosphate dry lubricant coating protects against micro-welding and enhances lubrication.
