The Supertech Performance Pistons are designed for Acura Integra GSR B18C1 engines. These pistons are manufactured from a high silicon, enhanced 4032 alloy with low thermal expansion, excellent wear resistance, and higher thermal conductivity. The pistons are forged using a 2 or 3 step process and undergo several heat treatments for high tensile strength and hardness.

Supertech Performance Pistons are engineered for Acura Integra GSR B18C1 engines, offering a customizable solution for engine builds. Manufactured in Argentina with technology from European manufacturers, these pistons utilize an extruded high silicon, enhanced 4032 alloy. This specific alloy composition, which includes additional Cu, Ni, and Mg, provides low thermal expansion, superior wear resistance, and excellent thermal conductivity, making them capable of withstanding up to 42psi of turbo boost with alcohol. The forging process involves 2 or 3 steps, orienting the structural grain fibers in the direction of stresses for increased durability. Multiple heat treatments further enhance the pistons' tensile strength and hardness. Precision is paramount in their manufacturing; pistons undergo several machining steps using specialized machines and CNC equipment with diamond tools to ensure dimensional accuracy, perpendicularity, and flatness of the ring grooves. Contact reduction grooves are a standard feature, and the honed and reamed pin bores ensure a precise fit. This kit includes pistons, rings, wrist pins, and locks. Customers can select their desired bore size (81mm to 84mm) and compression ratio from the available options to best suit their specific engine build requirements.
