The Supertech SPRK-F22AB is a single valve spring kit designed for the Honda F22A 16V engine. This kit upgrades your valvetrain, allowing for higher engine RPM and increased horsepower. It includes a single spring with a press.seat of 67 @ 41.20mm, max lift of 13.30mm, coil bind of 27.30mm, and a rate of 9.90 lbs/mm. It also comes with specific retainers and seat locators for a complete upgrade.
