Description

The Supertech MAIVN-2304D-6MM-8 is a set of eight oversize +1mm intake valves designed for Mazda/MZR Turbo engines. These valves are constructed from enhanced EV8 (21-4N) stainless steel for superior strength and durability. They feature a black nitride finish for increased hardness and a "Superfinish" valve stem for reduced friction and improved sealing.

These one-piece forged valves have a dished head diameter of 36.00mm (+1.0) and a length of 103.40mm. The stem diameter is 5.97mm with an undercut stem and magnetic friction-welded wafer. They are hardened to a minimum of 52 HRC and have a surface roughness approximately one-third of a regular valve.
