Supertech manufactures a variety of high-performance Inconel valves for many applications. These valves are manufactured from a Nickel base super alloy material (Inconel 751 or Nimonic 80A), chosen for its ability to withstand very high temperatures. These valves feature a one-piece forging, hardened tip, and a “superfinish” stem. Supertech's Inconel valves are a popular choice for turbo and supercharged applications. The sodium-filled valves offer a significant reduction in valve head temperatures, which is required for modern turbo engines. A cooler valve improves material strength and durability while allowing tuners more flexibility and a wider range of spark timing advances. They also offer an average weight reduction of 10%.
