Supertech forged pistons are engineered using CAD and Finite Element Analysis (FEA) for optimal strength, balance, and reliability in both naturally aspirated and high-boost turbocharged applications. They are available in either high-silicone 4032 aluminum alloy or high-strength 2618 aluminum alloy, selected based on the specific application. Key features include a phosphate dry lubricant coating, contact reduction grooves, and diamond-tool machining. These design elements contribute to excellent wear resistance, superior thermal conductivity, enhanced strength, reduced piston-to-wall clearance, and optimized skirt profiles. Each set comes complete with high-strength chrome-moly wrist pins and premium Japanese-manufactured piston rings.
