Description

The Supertech Performance Valve Spring & Retainer Set is designed to safely extend the powerband of Volkswagen FSI & TSI 2.0T engines past 7,500 RPM. This kit includes performance valve springs made from premium chrome silicon vanadium steel alloy and lightweight 6AL4V grade titanium retainers to increase spring rates and reduce mass, preventing valve float. It allows usage up to 8,000 RPM, with potential for higher RPMs by converting to solid lifter buckets, though upgraded rods are recommended for revs over 8,000 RPM. The set includes 16 springs and 16 titanium retainers.
