Overview
Constructed from one-piece forged Stainless Steel 23-8N, these valves feature a +1.8mm oversize head diameter of 36.00mm and a length of 106.95mm with a 6.95mm stem diameter. The black nitride coating provides superior hardness while maintaining core ductility, and the "Superfinish" valve stem has significantly reduced surface roughness for less friction.
These valves are built for improved durability and reduced carbon buildup, offering better sealing and flow rates. They include a magnetic friction welded wafer hardened to a minimum of 52 HRC and feature a triple-groove keeper interface.
