The Vintage Air SureFit Gen 5 climate control system is engineered to provide powerful and advanced climate control for your 1987-1993 Ford Mustang with factory air conditioning. This system utilizes an exclusive, fully electronic microprocessor-controlled design, removing the need for traditional cables or vacuum connections. Key features include separate, high-capacity A/C and heater coils constructed from high-density aluminum for optimal performance and reliability. The injection-molded case and blend air doors with integral rubber seals ensure precision, strength, and a quiet operation. The system also incorporates rubber well-nut mounting points for improved NVH isolation and removable access covers for simplified coil service. This complete kit includes everything from the evaporator to all under-hood components, such as the compressor, engine brackets, condenser with brackets, pre-formed refrigerant lines, drier, and fittings. A new electronic control panel is also included for intuitive operation. The product comes with powder-coated steel mounting brackets and a flat steel firewall cover.
