SUS304 Stainless Steel Exhaust Pipe

The Tomei EXPREME Joint Pipe is an overpipe engineered for the Scion FR-S, Subaru BRZ, and Toyota GT86, aiming to enhance exhaust flow and performance. This Tomei overpipe utilizes a larger, consistent 60.5mm diameter throughout its construction, fabricated from durable SUS304 stainless steel with a 1.5mm pipe thickness and a 11.0mm flange thickness for robust fitment. This joint pipe is recommended for use in conjunction with a Tomei exhaust manifold to maximize performance gains. The engineers at Tomei have achieved precision clearance, even with the wider pipe, to overcome the tight space around the stock joint pipe's pass-through. The construction includes additional weld beads on the inside for enhanced rigidity. Compared to the stock FA20 system (54.0mm pipe diameter, 1.5mm thickness, 10.0mm flange, 2.0kg weight), the Tomei overpipe offers a lighter weight of 1.5kg while improving diameter and flange thickness. The kit includes all necessary hardware for installation, such as the joint pipe itself, gaskets, flange bolts, stud bolts, and flange nuts, along with bolt smooth paste.
