Constructed from durable SUS304 stainless steel, this catalytic converter features a large diameter cell design with a precious metals coating, which provides excellent purification performance while significantly reducing exhaust system pressure loss. The 180-200 cpsi cell density is a marked improvement over the OEM 400 cspi, contributing to higher exhaust efficiency. It complies with Japanese security standards, ensuring both performance and legality, and includes a heat shield plate for added protection. The unit is a direct bolt-on application, facilitating easy installation for the intended vehicle. This catalytic converter is specifically designed as the second catalyzer only. It is compatible with the Toyota MR-S ZZW30 equipped with the 1ZZ-FE engine. Fitment is confirmed for 6-speed manual transmission models manufactured between 10/1999-07/2002 and 08/2002-07/2007. Compatibility notes indicate that fitment is primarily for JDM cars, and users are advised to conduct their own research before purchase.
