Suspension Alignment Stands

The Paco Motorsports Hub Stand Kit is an essential tool for automotive enthusiasts looking to perform professional-grade suspension work and alignments at home. By bolting directly to your vehicle's hubs, these stands grant unrestricted access to the entire suspension system while the car rests on the ground. The base of each stand features steel balls, which allow the assembly to move effortlessly, removing any preload from the suspension to ensure accurate measurements during corner-weighting and bolt torquing. Users can adjust toe, camber, caster, and thrust angle by manipulating the integrated adjusters and monitoring the results. To perform these measurements, you will need a pair of tape measures and a camber-measuring device, such as a smartphone or a digital gauge. While there may be a minor static discrepancy of up to 0.5° compared to using wheels, this consistent offset is easily accounted for. The kit includes four stands and thrust alignment cables, supporting a wide range of vehicles with 4-bolt patterns (4x95.25 to 4x114.3) and 5-bolt patterns (5x100 to 5x130mm), provided they use 12mm or 14mm studs. Each stand is rated for 1,000 lbs, offering a 4,000 lb total capacity, and is compatible with hubs up to 72.5 mm in diameter. For best results on cracked or epoxy-coated floors, optional floor plates are recommended to protect the surface from the steel balls.
