The Delphi TC6525 is a suspension coil spring seat/insulator designed as a direct OE replacement. It is constructed from durable rubber with a black bushing color. This component is tested for 250,000 cycles to ensure reliability and undergoes extensive salt spray testing for corrosion resistance.

It is built to withstand temperatures ranging from -40 to 248 degrees F, offering robust performance in various conditions. The insulator features an additional cataphoretic coating for enhanced aesthetics and superior protection against corrosion.
