The Dorman 43-1855 is an OEM replacement rear leaf spring for Ford F-250, F-350, and F-450 Super Duty trucks, featuring 3 leaves and a 2,700 lbs capacity to restore original factory ride height. Bushings are included. It replaces OEM numbers BC3Z5560E and BC345A975LE.
