Bilstein Black Hawk Powersports coilovers are engineered for UTV performance improvement. These direct-fit coilovers feature position-sensitive damping and 4-way adjustability. Black Hawk Powersports utilize Bilstein’s patented ZoneControl technology with 5 independently tuned damping zones (3 Compression, 2 Rebound). ZoneControl includes an internal Jounce Cut Off system (JCO), a 2-stage hydraulic bump stop with a 10-position clicker for fine-tuning bottom-out control. A Rebound Cut Off (RCO) settles the vehicle at the final stage of suspension droop, protecting the damper and eliminating the need for a limit strap. They offer 4 external adjustments: High/Low speed compression, rebound, and JCO. The design is all-aluminum with gold finned reservoirs. All applications include Dual Rate Coils and crossover nuts for ride height and spring preload adjustments. Black Hawk Powersports are fully serviceable and designed for race conditions, offering excellent comfort and bottom-out control.
