Bilstein B6 Performance dampers are a performance upgrade to OE dampers designed to be paired with the OE factory spring. These dampers offer application specific valve settings with a monotube design to bring out the best handling performance of a vehicle. Each damper is rigorously tested for quality that meets or exceeds OE standards. B6 Performance dampers will provide improved safety and handling performance with the added benefit of world-famous Bilstein quality.

Bilstein B6 HD Performance front left strut for F87 M2, F80 M3, F82 M4. If you're looking for added suspension performance - without changing springs - the Bilstein B6 Series shocks deliver noticeably better handling without hurting ride comfort. Bilstein HD shocks are direct replacements for the originals but with slightly stiffer valving for more control over body and suspension motions. Bilstein uses Digressive Valving on their shocks so fast shock speeds are set for softness (bumps and bad pavement) while slow shock speeds are stiffer (larger dips and cornering). The ride feels more controlled but not stiff and the shock self-adjusts softer to soak up bad pavement. Exceptional control, precise handling, and improved performance but without sacrificing comfort. Not for use with H&R VTF or KW HAS adjustable spring perches.
