These wheels are our strongest and lightest wheels to date, thanks to a combination of enhanced engineering and state-of-the-art technology. The SV-F wheels use Mono Form Technology, a flow-forming process that applies pressure to the inner wheel after casting, stretching, and forming the material. This process imparts tensile strength, similar to forged wheels, resulting in greater strength and shock resistance over conventional cast wheels, leading to overall better vehicle performance. The process involves using a casting, applying heat and pressure with rollers to shape the aluminum, which fortifies the barrel to a specified width and density, resulting in a stronger wheel with less material. This process also hardens the molecular compound of the aluminum, making the wheel more tolerant and considerably lighter.
