The Savini SV-F collection utilizes advanced flow form technology, also known as Mono Form Technology. This process applies pressure to the inner wheel after casting, stretching and forming the material, similar to how forged wheels are made. This results in greater strength and shock-resistance compared to conventional cast wheels, leading to overall better vehicle performance. The SV-F series wheels are Savini's strongest and lightest wheels to date. The manufacturing process involves: 1. Starting with a specially made casting for Flow Forming Technology, placed onto a steel rim and prepped for molding. 2. Applying extensive heat and pressure using three individual rollers to shape the aluminum to the wheel mold. 3. Individually shaping rollers fortifying the barrel to the specified width and density, allowing for a stronger wheel using less material. 4. The molecular compound of the aluminum significantly hardens in a streamline direction, resulting in a tolerant and considerably lighter wheel. The SV-F series includes various designs such as SV-F1, SV-F2, SV-F3, SV-F4, SV-F5, and SV-F6, available in finishes like Gloss Black, Matte Bronze, Gloss Graphite, Double Dark Tint, and Brushed Silver.
