The process involves starting with a specially made casting, applying extensive heat and pressure with three individual rollers to shape the aluminum, which fortifies the barrel to the specified width and density. This process hardens the molecular compound of the aluminum in a streamline direction, resulting in a tolerant and considerably lighter wheel.
