The SAVINI SV-F Flow Formed Forged Wheel collection utilizes an advanced manufacturing technique called flow forming. This process involves forging the wheel rim at high pressure while spinning it at very high speeds, which changes the molecular structure of the alloy to enhance its strength. This results in wheels that are significantly lighter than traditional cast wheels, contributing to better overall vehicle performance and improved fuel efficiency.

SV-F Forged wheels are crafted from a single solid piece of alloy, exposed to heat and intense pressure to compress the material during the forging process. They are available in 20", 21", and 22" sizes with a Step-Lip Profile and can be customized with various finishes. The Step-Lip Concave (SL) configuration features a center disk that is 1” smaller in diameter, which reduces weight, unsprung mass, and improves return on inertia. This design also incorporates a unique concave spoke profile and a signature undercut for enhanced aerodynamics. The wheels also feature a two-piece center cap for additional customization.
