The SAVINI SV-F Forged Wheels utilize advanced Mono Form Technology, also known as flow forming. This manufacturing process involves forging the wheel rim at high pressure while spinning it at very high speeds. This technique enhances the molecular structure of the alloy, resulting in wheels that are significantly stronger and lighter than conventional cast wheels. The forging process, where a solid piece of alloy is exposed to heat and intense pressure, further compresses the material, allowing for varied dimensions based on the wheel design. These wheels offer improved overall vehicle performance and enhanced fuel efficiency. The SV-F collection is available in 20", 21", and 22" sizes, and features a Step-Lip Profile (SL) configuration. The SL configuration utilizes a center disk that is 1" smaller in diameter to reduce weight and unsprung mass, and improve return on inertia. It also boasts a unique concave spoke profile and a signature undercut for improved aerodynamics. The SV-F line offers various custom finishes.
