These wheels are manufactured using a highly advanced flow forming technique where the rim is forged at high pressure while spun at high speeds. This process changes the molecular structure of the wheels, enhancing strength and resulting in lighter wheels compared to regular cast wheels. Forged wheels offer advantages such as excellent overall vehicle performance and enhanced fuel efficiency. The Forged SV-F wheel collection is available in 20”, 21”, and 22” sizes in a Step-Lip Profile and various custom finishes. The SL (Step Lip Concave) configuration uses a center disk that is 1” smaller in diameter to reduce weight, unsprung mass, and improve return on inertia.
