The Suburban Direct Spark Ignition Gas/Electric Water Heater is designed for maximum efficiency in RVs. It features a porcelain-lined steel tank for long life, a replaceable anode rod for corrosion protection, and a fast recovery rate for more hot water. It has a convenient exterior gas line connection and a one-piece, die-formed metal control housing to protect controls from weather. The copolymer insulation jacket is specially fitted to the tank to retain heat. The 1440-watt Incoloy electric element is compatible with campground power, and it offers a high recovery rate of 12,000 BTU/hour. The SW6DE model stands for Suburban Water Heater, 6-gallon tank, Direct Spark Ignition, and 110V Electric. Access doors and on/off switches are sold separately.
