The H&R sway bar kit, part number 33895-2, is engineered to enhance your BMW's handling characteristics by reducing body roll and increasing agility during cornering and directional changes. Constructed from high-tensile spring steel with precision-forged ends and a protective powder coating, these sway bars offer superior quality and durability. They are equipped with composite rubber bearings for optimal performance. This kit includes both front and rear sway bars, with the front bar being 2-way adjustable (28mm diameter) and the rear bar being fixed (20mm diameter). This adjustability allows for fine-tuning of the vehicle's self-steering behavior, enabling a personalized suspension setup. Installation notes specify using OE mounting parts if not included. It's crucial to check the condition of these parts and renew them if necessary. The front sway bar can be used independently, though this may lead to understeer. Vehicles equipped with adaptive suspension systems require specific drop links/sway bar links from non-adaptive suspension models. These sway bars are compatible with a wide range of BMW models, including the 1 Series (F20, F21), 2 Series (F22, F23, F87), 3 Series (F30, F31, F34, F80), and 4 Series (F32, F33, F36, F82, F83), particularly those with 6-cylinder engines and rear-wheel drive configurations.
