The SuspensionMAXX SMX-1315L sway bar end links offer a robust solution to replace weak factory ball-and-socket sway bar end links that are prone to rust and deterioration. Instead of the OE design, these MAXXLinks utilize durable thermoplastic/urethane bushings to provide articulation without the issues of corrosion and premature wear, ensuring they remain tight and free of play for longer. Constructed for longevity, each link features 4140 alloy steel eyelets electroplated with yellow zinc dichromate for corrosion resistance, drawn over mandrel steel tubing, and secured with grade 8 bolts. The polyurethane bushings offer superior performance and a longer lifespan compared to original equipment rubber components. Installation is straightforward as they are a direct replacement for OE sway bar end links, requiring no drilling and typically taking 45 minutes to an hour. The SMX-1315L is specifically designed for leveled trucks and is compatible with lift kits up to 3 inches. It measures 6 inches from the bottom of the bar to the axle mount centerline. This part replaces Dodge part numbers 68055439AA and 68020464AB. It's important to note the specific fitment: the SMX-1315L is intended for 2013.5-2024 Ram 2500 and 3500 4WD models. Vehicles produced before the 2014 model year for the 2500 and before 2013.5 for the 3500 may use a different chassis configuration. This part is specifically for leveled vehicles with this chassis change.
