Description

The CURT 42280 is a switch ball trailer ball set featuring interchangeable heads for different coupler sizes. It includes a 2-inch ball with a 6,000 lb capacity and a 2-5/16-inch ball with an 8,000 lb capacity. Constructed from high-strength steel with a chrome-plated finish, it utilizes an exclusive J-groove design for secure attachment and easy removal without tools.

This trailer ball set is independently tested in accordance with SAE J684 for safety and comes with a limited lifetime warranty, including one-year coverage for the finish and parts. The shank measures 2-1/4 inches long and 1 inch in diameter, with a 3/4-inch rise.
