Claims up to +150 RWHP and +270 lb/ft TQ without emissions tampering. Includes HP Tuners RTD ECM Unlock Hardware (2017-2018), 4 HP Tuners GM Credits for ECM, and HP Tuners MPVI4 Tuning Hardware. No broken ECM tabs, IMMO/crank relearn, ECM swapping, or core charges. TCM tuning sold separately. Includes VCM Editor and VCM Scanner.
