The Lisle 57040 is a strap wrench oil filter wrench designed for superior gripping power. It features a tough, stainless steel band with a permanently bonded textured coating that prevents slipping. The swivel handle allows for easy turning in tight spaces and pivots more than 180 degrees. It also includes a tension adjusting nut to regulate swivel pressure.
