Synergy 07-18 Jeep Wrangler JK/JKU D44 Axle Assurance Kit

The Synergy Jeep JK D30/D44 Front Axle Assurance Kit is designed to strengthen the Dana 30/Dana 44 front axle found in the front of the Jeep JK before it is bent/broken from the abuses of large tires and off-road use. The Inner Axle Sleeves provide a 59% increase in strength over the stock axle tubes by being machined to fit snugly inside, increasing the overall tube thickness. The Inner C Gussets are laser cut and CNC bent in a heavy-duty 3-sided construction to reinforce the Inner C's in the two planes prone to bending. The Lower Control Arm Skids are also laser cut and CNC bent to provide a very rigid bracket protecting the lower control arms and axle mounts. The Inner Axle Seals are the finishing touch to assist in putting everything back together.
