The Synergy 4803-42 is a track bar dual durometer bushing designed for use in forged housings. It features maintenance-free, greaseless Dual Durometer Bushings (DDB) within a housing forged from high-strength 1045 steel, treated for corrosion resistance.

These bushings offer a self-centering design with 30 degrees of misalignment. The outer soft durometer acts as a cushion and flex material, while the inner hard durometer lining provides a bearing surface for the free-floating inner sleeve. This construction ensures a maintenance-free, zero-bind bushing with an internal ring to prevent inner sleeve gaping at extreme flex.
