Synergy 2018+ Wrangler JL/JLU HD Steering Kit

The Synergy Manufacturing Heavy Duty Steering Kit with Stabilizer Clamp is designed to dramatically improve steering strength and reliability for the Jeep Gladiator JT and Wrangler JL. It features a 100% bolt-on design, replacing factory steering components entirely, ensuring maximum durability and performance both on-road and off-road. The kit is built using CNC-formed 1.5-inch x .250 wall 1026 DOM tubing for the drag link and 1.5-inch x .188 wall heat-treated 4130 chromoly tubing for the tie rod. It includes Synergy's HD metal-on-metal tie rod ends that eliminate steering "flop" and ensure precise handling. The kit is finished with an abrasion-resistant powder coat for corrosion resistance and heavy wear. It also includes a drag link flip adapter for high steer configurations (requires 3-inch bump stop spacers, front track bar relocation bracket, and wheels with proper backspacing). Compatible with stock wheels, tires, and knuckles, and right-hand drive (RHD) applications.
