Synergy Jeep JL / JLU / JT HD Steering Knuckles are an essential upgrade for every Jeep owner, addressing common weaknesses in factory knuckles. These knuckles are crafted from nodular iron, making them over 100% stronger than the factory aluminum counterparts. They feature increased material thickness in key areas to enhance resilience to impact, bending, and breaking under stress from heavy loads or oversized tires. The knuckles maintain OE steering geometry for tight, responsive handling and direct bolt-on fitment. They are compatible with OEM parts such as brake rotors, calipers, and wheel bearings, as well as aftermarket axle shafts including RCVs. These are a direct bolt-on replacement for Dana 30 and Dana 44 axles. The 8849-01L replaces the driver side OEM knuckle (Mopar Part # 68388829AA / 68477359AA / 68463621AA). All Synergy knuckles use a full Black E-Coat for maximum corrosion resistance and come with adjustable steering stops for increased steering Ackerman angles.
