This combination provides excellent adhesion, water wash-out resistance, mechanical stability, and high-temperature performance, ensuring longer grease life in demanding conditions. This grease offers superior protection against corrosion and excellent extreme pressure (EP) and anti-wear properties, extending equipment life even under severe operating conditions. Its potent corrosion protection guards against rust and corrosion in heavy-duty and automotive applications. The polymer technology used enhances the product's adhesion and resistance to water spray-off, ensuring lubrication and protection in hostile, wet environments. Certified against NLGI service classification GC-LB, Mobil Unirex EP 2 is suitable for both wheel bearings and chassis lubrication. It is recommended for hand-packed or grease gun applications, non-critical centralized systems, and grid-type flexible couplings, with a particular suitability for vehicle wheel bearings. Its ability to retain consistency, adhesive, and rust-inhibiting properties even after prolonged churning with water makes it a reliable choice for applications with severe water contamination.
