Synthetic Rope Conversion Kit

The Warn 77835 Synthetic Rope Conversion Kit is designed to upgrade compatible winches with the benefits of synthetic rope. Constructed from ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE), this rope offers exceptional tensile strength and superior abrasion resistance, outperforming traditional steel cables in many applications. The kit includes 50 feet of lightweight, easy-to-handle synthetic rope with a 7/32-inch diameter, along with a protective rock guard sleeve and a roller fairlead. The rope is coated with a high-temperature urethane for added durability and protection against the elements. This conversion is a direct replacement for wire rope and is compatible with specific Warn winch models, including the ProVantage 4500-s and Vantage 4000-s. This conversion kit is compatible with ATVs and trucks and has a load capacity of 4,000 pounds.
