The Stainless Diesel T-4 24 Valve exhaust manifold is designed for performance builds, particularly sled pullers. It features a shell-molded casting for a smooth interior and exterior, offering superior flow compared to traditional sand-cast manifolds. The manifold has a 3/4 inch thick center section and 1.65 inch inner runners that extend to the collector foot, promoting high flow.

The Stainless Diesel T-4 24 Valve Exhaust Manifold is constructed using advanced shell molding technology, resulting in an exceptionally smooth casting both inside and out. This superior finish minimizes turbulence and maximizes exhaust flow, significantly outperforming the rough, sand-cast surfaces commonly found on other manifolds. The manifold features a robust 3/4 inch thick center section, providing ample material for custom porting to meet specific tuning needs. With consistently sized 1.65 inch runners that extend the full length to the collector, this manifold is optimized for high-flow applications. Furthermore, users can expect gains in horsepower and a broader, more accessible powerband. When integrated with complementary modifications, this manifold can also contribute to improved fuel efficiency. Engineered for performance and durability, the Stainless Diesel T-4 24 Valve Exhaust Manifold offers an excellent fit and finish. It is specifically designed for 1998-2002 Dodge Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with the 24-valve Cummins engine. The manifold includes two ports that are drilled and tapped for EGT (Exhaust Gas Temperature) and drive pressure monitoring.
