T-409 Stainless Steel Federal Emission Catalytic Converter

This converter features a durable T-409 stainless steel construction with a ribbed body design for longevity and a seam-welded construction to prevent catalyst shifting. Engineered with a monolithic honeycomb catalyst, this unit aims to maintain factory airflow. The 1/2" overlapped welds ensure a leak-proof seal and increased durability. This federal emission converter is made in the USA and requires cutting and welding for installation. It is sold individually and is intended for front and rear replacement. Important Note: This federal emission catalytic converter is not legal for sale or use in California or any other state that has adopted California Air Resources Board (CARB) emission standards. If you are in a CARB-compliant state, you must order an EPA-approved converter. Vehicles in New York State may also have specific requirements based on their CARB or EPA certification. Installation of this semi-universal catalytic converter will most likely require cutting and drilling. Hardware and additional piping are not included.
