The Brembo T-Drive Brake Discs are a pure racing part, evolved from experience gained in SBK and MotoGP. This set includes two front racing discs, one left and one right, with a 330mm diameter, 5.5mm thickness, and a 32mm braking rotor diameter. The innovative T-Drive system replaces traditional bobbins with eight “T” pins and eight carrier segments. This design enhances the transfer of brake torque from the disc to the wheel, providing increased resistance to thermal and mechanical stresses encountered in extreme competition use. The connection between the disc and carrier utilizes a special guillotine-type interface, which allows for both radial and axial float. This feature, combined with the overall reduced weight of the disc, offers significant advantages in terms of enhanced rideability compared to conventional disc-carrier interfaces using round bobbins. The discs are designed to fit specific Honda CBR 1000 RR-R and CBR 1000 RR-R SP models, confirmed for applications including the 2022 CBR1000RR-R-SP with Brembo Stylema calipers and ABS.
