This particular sensor also includes a built-in IAT sensor for space saving and ease of installation. It's an excellent upgrade for many GM applications, including the LS series engines, and can be used in custom turbo/supercharged applications for accurate boost and temperature readings. This sensor is often referred to as the 'Ecotec' sensor due to its common use in those applications, but it is not specific to Ecotec engines.
