T04E Turbo Kit with Intercooler

The CXRacing Turbo Kit is a complete manifold, turbo, wastegate, downpipe, and intercooler system designed for the 1997-2001 Nissan Frontier with the KA24DE engine. This kit is developed and tested for a precise fit, aiming for an easy installation.

The intercooler features a bar and plate aluminum design with a core size of 18"x11"x3" and overall dimensions of 25"x11"x3". The piping is made from mandrel-bent aluminum with a 2.5" inlet/outlet, and the kit includes a 50mm blow-off valve, silicon hoses, and T-bolt clamps. The turbo is a T04E with a T3 flange, .50 A/R compressor, and .63 A/R turbine, coupled with a 38mm wastegate set at 8 PSI. The manifold is constructed from 16-gauge thick wall 304 stainless steel for durability.
