The Trackspec Motorsports T1 Hood Louver Kit is engineered for the Toyota FR-S and Subaru BRZ. This heat-extracting louver kit was developed through extensive testing, including before-and-after pressure testing at WSIR under race conditions. Data analysis revealed an average 43% reduction in underhood pressure and lift, optimizing extraction flow velocities while the vehicle is in motion. The optimized design reduces the underhood pressure delta, which in turn decreases front-end lift and increases net vehicle downforce. It also significantly lowers underhood temperatures by extracting heat and allowing cooler air to enter the engine bay, thereby maximizing the lifespan of engine accessories and promoting lower coolant temperatures by increasing dense air flow through the radiator. The louver backbone design ensures the hood maintains its structural rigidity, and the louvers are contoured to precisely fit your specific hood curve. Made from powder-coated Satin Black steel, this kit offers durability and a clean appearance. Installation is straightforward, with supplied templates, rivets, washers, and instructions for a factory-quality finish. The kit includes dimensions of 22" Height, 10.5" Front Width, and 13.5" Rear Width.
