T3 Slot Brake Rotor Ring

The DBA DBA52370.1RS is a T3 5000 Series brake rotor ring, specifically engineered as a direct replacement for the rotor component in two-piece DBA and other popular rotor assemblies. It features DBA's patented T3 bi-directional slot design, which builds upon the T2 slot design with additional precise CNC-machined tri-symmetrical slots. This advanced slotting increases the number of exit points for brake pad friction dust and gases, leading to a quieter, more responsive, and smoother braking experience, making it ideal for high-performance applications. The rotor is constructed from high-carbon alloyed iron, which enhances its heat capacity and resistance to cracking and warping, thanks to the TSP heat treatment applied. For effective heat management, it incorporates Thermo-Graphic paint that changes color to help monitor rotor temperatures. This is a 2-piece rotor ring replacement and is sold individually; two rings are required per car. The rotor features Kangaroo Paw ventilation, which utilizes 144 diamond and teardrop pillars for enhanced cooling. It is a coated, non-cryo treated rotor with a diameter of 390mm for the front axle. The recommended use is performance, with driving qualifiers including Street & Track Events, Towing-Oversized Tires, Normal Commute, Performance Street, and Commuter/OE Upgrade.
