T3 Stainless Steel Turbo Exhaust Manifold

The JM Fabrications Forward Facing Exhaust Manifold is a high-performance component designed for DSM vehicles with 4g63 engines. This tubular exhaust manifold positions the turbocharger beneath the radiator support, directing the inlet forward for optimal airflow and performance. Constructed from robust Schedule 10 304 stainless steel tubing and featuring multi-pass TIG welded joints, this manifold is built for durability. The flanges are CNC-machined from 1/2" thick 304 stainless steel, with ports that are meticulously gasket matched and smoothed to ensure superior flow. Each flange is also surfaced to guarantee a leak-free seal under demanding conditions. Installation of this manifold is for dedicated enthusiasts and requires specific modifications. The AC system must be removed, and a 1/2 sized radiator is necessary. Some cutting or frame modifications may also be required to achieve proper fitment. The manifold is designed to work with TIAL GT28, GT30, GT35 housings, as well as standard open T3 housings. Options for a V-Band O2 housing are available, with choices for recirculated wastegate or dump tube setups. The JM Fabrications manifold comes with a 3-year warranty on all weld defects to the original owner. It is important to note that heat wrapping is not recommended, as it will void the warranty.
