T3/T4 Turbo Manifold

The CXRacing T3/T4 Turbo Manifold is a direct-fit solution for 1998-2005 Lexus IS300 models equipped with the 2JZ-GE engine, specifically designed for Naturally Aspirated to Turbo (NA-T) conversions. Constructed from 16-gauge (1.6mm) thick stainless steel, this manifold features a top-mount design with equal-length, long-tube runners and a 6-1 merge collector. It accommodates T4 turbos with up to a 70mm wheel diameter, suitable for approximately 500 horsepower, and includes a 46mm V-band wastegate flange. The manifold's design prioritizes ease of installation, offering a bolt-on fitment without the need for component relocation. The turbo is positioned slightly backward to enhance front clearance, accommodating components like the distributor and water tube. Important considerations for installation and operation include: - For VVTI (Variable Valve Timing) 2JZ-GE setups, a tuning solution, such as a standalone ECU, is strongly recommended. To prevent the factory ECU from entering limp mode, avoid plugging in all factory O2 sensors simultaneously. - This manifold is developed and tested on Left-Hand-Drive (LHD) US models. Fitment on Right-Hand-Drive (RHD) vehicles may be challenging due to potential conflicts with the steering shaft, and modifications may be required. CXRacing does not guarantee fitment for RHD vehicles and will not accept returns based on RHD fitment issues. - While the manifold is designed to fit GT35-T4 turbos perfectly, larger turbos may encounter interference issues due to the runner placement relative to the compressor and turbine housings.
