Overview

The Turbonetics TCK-001 is a T3/T4 turbocharger kit designed for the 2002-2006 Acura RSX. It includes a K20A cast manifold, an intercooler with direct bolt-on aluminum piping for the RSX, and a TX-50E-57 .63 AR turbocharger. The kit also comes with a 38mm wastegate, set at 5PSI, with an extra spring for 15 PSI maximum, along with a blow-off valve, intake piping, and oil feed/return lines.

The Turbonetics TCK-001 is a comprehensive T3/T4 turbocharger kit engineered for enhanced performance in the 2002-2006 Acura RSX, including Type-S and non-Type-S models. This kit is also compatible with the 2003-2005 Civic Hatchback EP3 and 2006-2011 Civic SI K20 engines, though these may require cutting and modified intercooler piping. The kit includes a K20A cast manifold, a TX-50E-57 turbocharger with a .63 AR exhaust trim, a direct bolt-on aluminum intercooler and piping specifically for the RSX, and a 38mm wastegate adjustable from 5 PSI up to 15 PSI with the included spring. Additional components such as a blow-off valve, intake piping with a cone filter, wastegate dump tube, and all necessary oil feed and return lines are also provided. Key specifications for the TX-50E turbocharger include a 53mm/75mm compressor wheel diameter, 57mm/65mm turbine wheel diameter, and an oil-cooled-only system. The kit is designed to support 200-400+ horsepower. It's important to note that this kit requires an ECU upgrade, larger injectors, and a high-flow fuel pump for proper operation. The warranty for this kit is 1 year, but it is only valid if installed by a professional mechanic.
