T3 Turbocharger Setup Kit

The Rev9Power Chevrolet Cavalier 95-02 T3 Turbocharger Setup Kit is engineered to significantly boost the performance of your vehicle's engine through forced induction. This comprehensive kit features a durable Cavalier 2.2L cast turbocharger manifold and a T3T4 turbocharger capable of handling up to 350+ horsepower, with a .57 AR for optimized airflow. Included in the kit is a 38mm wastegate, pre-set at 5 PSI, with an additional 10 PSI spring provided to allow for a maximum setting of 15 PSI. To ensure proper lubrication and integration, the kit also contains an oil line kit, oil feed, and oil return lines with all necessary fittings. A downpipe flange is included to facilitate custom turbo downpipe fabrication. This setup kit is specifically designed for the 1995-1999 Chevrolet Cavalier and the 1995-2002 Chevrolet Sunfire, both equipped with the 2.2L engine. Please note that this is a setup kit only and requires the addition of an intercooler and intercooler piping to be a complete system. For optimal performance and reliability, it is recommended to upgrade your vehicle's injectors and ECU.
