Developed in Germany, this header is constructed from heavy gauge T304 stainless steel, featuring TIG welding and a polished finish for durability and aesthetics. This sport cat header incorporates a 200-cell catalytic converter, designed to reduce emissions while maintaining performance. Its F1-style 4-into-1 merge collector minimizes turbulence for increased horsepower and torque. The header includes O2 (lambda) sensor ports for seamless integration with the original downpipe configuration and features a flex joint to absorb engine vibration. It is noted to provide a noticeable increase in speed across the RPM range with minimal added noise. The installation is described as straightforward, with all necessary hardware and gaskets included.
