Show original supplier description
The DC Sports SCS8010 is a T304 stainless steel cat-back exhaust system engineered to deliver enhanced power and an aggressive sound for the Acura RSX Type-S (2002-2006). Crafted with precision, its mandrel-bent piping ensures unrestricted exhaust flow, while the straight-through muffler design is optimized for maximum power output. This system has been dyno-tuned by DC Sports to achieve peak performance, providing a noticeable improvement in acceleration and an assertive exhaust note. The piping is mandrel-bent to maintain a consistent diameter throughout, preventing flow restrictions. The muffler features a straight-through design, minimizing backpressure and allowing exhaust gases to exit quickly. The system is TIG welded for robust joints and includes all necessary mounting hardware for a direct, bolt-on installation at factory mounting points. This exhaust system is designed specifically for the Acura RSX Type-S models from 2002 to 2006. It features a single canister design and exits at the factory location. The system is dyno-tested for performance validation. DC Sports backs this product with a 12-month warranty and states it is designed and tested in the U.S.A. Please note: This item is discontinued and unavailable for ordering as new.
