T304 Stainless Steel Mandrel-Bent Header

This manifold is constructed from durable T304 stainless steel, utilizing schedule 40 tubing that is mandrel-bent for optimal flow. The design incorporates 11mm thick flanges for superior durability and heat resistance. Both the head and flange are ported to maximize exhaust gas flow, contributing to improved turbocharger spool and overall performance. The manifold is available with various turbo inlet flange options, including V-band types for Precision, Garrett, and TiAL turbos, as well as T3 and T4 flanges. Additionally, customers can select their preferred wastegate flange size, with options for 44mm, 60mm (TiAL), or 45mm, 60mm (Turbosmart). Optional Cerakote finishes are also available for enhanced aesthetics and protection.
