T4 Exhaust Manifold

The BD Diesel T4 Exhaust Manifold (1045995-T4) is engineered to enhance performance for 1998.5-2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins trucks. Its larger runner size and pulse flow design aim to increase airflow, promote quicker turbo spool, and boost overall power. Precision slip joints are incorporated to allow for thermal expansion and contraction, reducing cyclic fatigue and extending manifold longevity. This manifold features an optimum 20-degree flange, suitable for mounting larger turbochargers like the S400 and S500 series, while keeping the turbo in the stock location. It is fully divided to optimize pulse flow. The cast ports and runners are designed to match the inlet gasket within 0.03 inches for minimal restriction throughout the RPM range. The manifold is also high-temperature black coated and includes pre-drilled and tapped 1/8-NPT ports, with thick walls allowing for the addition of individual cylinder pyro ports if desired. Some modifications to vehicle and engine components may be necessary for installation. This product is covered by a 36-month/75,000-mile warranty.
